Avoid at all costs, light fitting never arrived ..........
I placed an order with lamp and light on the 28th October. The very least I would expect is a receipt, yet I still have not received confirmation of my order. The payment has been taken from my account. I have tried to call them everyday since the order, the automated response says they are very busy. I have emailed them 3 times, still no response. This is disgraceful and unacceptable behaviour. I don't know if my funds have gone to a legitimate company or not. Judging by other comments here, i'm inclined to think not.

Absolutely stunning lamp, great communication throughout, quality product ordered and delivered within 3 days, very impressed and would definately order from the company again
Wouldn't use this company again. Ordered a light fitting in December and the website stated February delivery. No sign of the light fitting and incredibly poor communication from them. Very disappointed
I ordered a lamp and delivery was very swift, sadly the light had been damaged in transit. However I can't express what an excellent customer service this company provide. Prompt and really helpful. I've not experienced this from a company in a long time. Well done guys keep that level of service up.
Dissatisfied ... Ordered new ceiling light for my kitchen renovation. 9 days waiting, no light. Electrician coming today for 2nd fix electrics!... Rang them to be told, they took my money but no light available! Refunding and they're sorry.... Not as sorry as I am! #nothappy
Cant use their site without accepting all cookies, so will not use them as I dont want to be on a marketing list forever
We found the lamps we were looking for in their store, so we ordered two. The delivery was quick considering it was over the Christmas period, but there was a piece missing in one of the lamps. It is true that it took a bit to have a response from Costumer Services, but they were very nice and help us with this. The lamps are good and we're very happy with them!
I would like to give no stars this company is a complete joke wish I had read reviews before ordering they don’t answer phone or emails. UPS apparently have my parcel the delivery date has past and no update!!!! I am £50 this company must be making a fortune out of not supplying the customer with their products. They should be closed f do own appalling DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
Please dont bother! Never received the item, they dont respond to emails and wont answer the phone. AVOID
I am very disapointed as I am still waiting for my order to be copleted. It has been two weeks now since I have received part of the order, since then I am trying to get in touch with them by phone or email, but with no success. It is very disapointing as the lights I have received I am very happy with.
I've ordered a large number of lights for a project with 1 day shipping specified, as they were needed urgently. I have not received them and cannot get in contact with anyone, to see if and when they would be shipped.I'll never order again from them.
As with so many others, it would appear this company has robbed me of my money, they have failed to deliver, do not reply to emails, and the phone line is bogus. A complete con and being based in The Netherlands not easy to visit
